I have had 3 appts at Aspen and my experience has been stellar! I have had such bad experiences other places and have anxiety when it comes to dentists but here I felt safe. Dr. Banos is absolutely amazing at what she does and has such an great demeanor. Sky is amazing as well and you can tell they love what they do. Office manager Bri is also amazing and helped me hey financed effortlessly. Hats off to the receptionist and all of the techs. Everyone is very professional and respectful. I'm thankful I chose them.

Great experience from scheduling my appointment to completion of my first visit. Everyone was nice and welcoming. So happy I chose Aspen Dental for all of my dental care.

I’m glad I switched to this Dentist after hoping around different places. The staff here is so kind and non judgmental. I came in today for a regular cleaning with Sky and I was very pleased with her service. She answered all my questions and offered me multiple options for my care plans. I recommend this place to all my coworkers since we all have the same insurance 🥰

⭐ 2/5 I visited the Aspen Dental in Rockford, IL, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The location itself is nice, clean, and well-decorated — the waiting area looks welcoming, especially with the seasonal decorations and comfortable seating. The staff was polite, but the biggest issue for me was the waiting time. They were clearly understaffed, but that’s something that should be communicated right away when a patient checks in. Instead, I waited much longer than expected with no updates, which really affected the visit overall. For a clinic that promotes convenience and walk-ins, clearer communication would make a huge difference. There’s always room for improvement, and I hope they work on better staffing and transparency so future visits can match the quality of their location.
